We’re a nutrition practice in Ogudu that also makes really good food.
How WGM started
[Olusola — write about 120 words here in your own words. The patient or family member who made you realise advice alone wasn’t enough. When you were told to eat better and had no idea what that meant in a Nigerian kitchen. Why “…enjoying aging” became the line you keep coming back to. Do not let anyone write this paragraph for you — specificity is what makes it believable.]
What we believe
The principles that guide every cup we make and every session we hold.
Prevention beats treatment, every time
Most of the conditions we see — high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, stubborn weight — build up quietly over years. They can be slowed down the same way.
Advice must survive contact with a Lagos kitchen
A meal plan built around foods that aren’t in your market is not a plan. Everything we recommend uses what’s actually available at Ogudu, Ketu or Mile 12.
Ageing is not the enemy
“…enjoying aging” isn’t a slogan we borrowed. The goal isn’t to look 25. It’s to be 65 and still climbing your own stairs.

“My job isn’t to hand you a diet sheet. It’s to help you understand what your body is telling you — and then make the next meal easier than the last one.”
