About the smoothies
What’s actually in them?
Oat, chia seed, nut butter, cinnamon, dates, banana and plant-based milk, plus the flavour ingredient. Nothing else.
Is there added sugar?
None. All the sweetness comes from dates, banana and fruit.
How long do they last?
[X] days refrigerated at 2–8°C. Do not freeze.
Are they a meal or a snack?
A meal. A 16oz cup is built to replace breakfast or lunch, not to sit on top of a full plate.
Do they contain nuts or dairy?
Nuts yes (nut butter) — please avoid them if you have a nut allergy. Dairy no; we use plant-based milk.
Can children drink them?
Yes, from [age]. For younger children, share one cup between two.
Can I drink them with diabetes or hypertension?
Many customers do, but portion and timing matter. Book a consultation so we can look at your whole diet rather than one cup.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Ogudu, Ojota, Maryland, Ketu, Ikeja, Magodo, Yaba, Gbagada, Lekki Phase 1, Victoria Island and Surulere. Honey ships nationwide.
How much is delivery?
₦1,500–₦3,500 depending on zone. Free on orders over ₦15,000. Full table on How It Works.
When will it arrive?
Order by 4pm and it’s delivered the next morning between 7am and 10am.
Will it still be cold?
Yes. Every cup is made the night before, chilled immediately, and travels in insulated packaging with ice packs. Refrigerate on arrival.
Can I collect instead?
Yes, from No 5 Adebare Street, Ogudu, from 10am. Collection is free.

Before the 4pm cut-off, yes — just message us. After that it’s already being made.
Something arrived wrong. What now?
Send a photo on WhatsApp the same day. We replace it on the next delivery run, or refund it.

What does it cost?
₦25,000 for 45 minutes.
In person or online?
Either. In person at Ogudu, or by video or phone.
Do I need test results first?
No. If tests would help, we’ll arrange them with our partner labs afterwards.
Are you a doctor?
No. We’re nutritionists. We work alongside your doctor and we’ll tell you plainly when something needs medical attention.
What do I get afterwards?
A written plan, a shopping list, and a WhatsApp line for follow-up questions.
How soon can I be seen?
We confirm your slot within four working hours of the form arriving.
