Orders placed before 4pm are delivered the next morning between 7am and 10am. After 4pm, we deliver the following morning.

Every smoothie is made the night before delivery, chilled immediately, and travels in insulated packaging with ice packs. Refrigerate as soon as it arrives — 2–8°C, and never the freezer.

If a cup arrives warm, leaking or past its date, send us a photo on WhatsApp the same day. We replace it on the next delivery run, or refund it. No arguments.
