Storage & shelf life

Because we use absolutely no preservatives, this cup has a shelf life of 2 days from the date of delivery. Keep refrigerated at 2–8°C at all times.

    • Refrigerate at 2-8°C as soon as it arrives
    • Freeze it and the shelf life is unlimited – do it on the day it arrives, not on the last day
    • Thaw overnight in the fridge, never on the counter, then shake hard before drinking
    • Don’t refreeze a bottle you have already thawed
    • If it arrives warm or leaking, send a photo on WhatsApp the same day and we’ll replace or refund it

Frequently asked questions

Is it a meal or a snack?

It’s built as a meal replacement. Treat it as breakfast or lunch, not as an extra.
None. Every bit of sweetness comes from the fruit and the date paste. No preservatives and no additives either.
Neither. There are no nuts and no dairy in this recipe. It is made in the same kitchen as our nut-butter wholegrain smoothies, so if your nut allergy is severe, please treat it as a may-contain.
Yes, and it is the best thing you can do with it. Frozen, the shelf life is unlimited for as long as it stays frozen – there is no date to watch. Freeze it on the day it arrives rather than on its last day, thaw it overnight in the fridge, and shake it hard before drinking. Don’t refreeze a thawed bottle.
Because there is nothing in it to stop it. Real fruit with no emulsifiers settles. Shake it and it comes straight back together.
Yes. It’s a substantial 500cl bottle, so consider sharing one between two younger children.
